    Previous experience in IT recruitment.

    Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and good understanding of the IT candidate pool.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Goal oriented person with strong, proven interpersonal skills.

    Team player with a proactive approach.

    Desire to learn new aspects of HR.

    English advanced.

    Bachelor degree in Psychology, Sociology or equivalent superior studies in HR.


    Active seek new channels of recruitment and continuous prospect of the market to create a relevant database for all positions within the company.

    Sourcing and screening potential candidates through different channels.

    Use various online tools and data bases in the search and selection process.

    Write and posts recruitment ads on external job sites and social media channels, constantly promoting our employer brand.

    Offer counsel to Hiring Managers on candidate selection and recommend changes in the recruitment process.

    Perform interviews with candidates that fit the job requirements in various stages of recruitment process.

    Create a strong relationship with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.

    Offer constant feedback to candidates regarding the recruitment process.

    Scheduling interviews and act as a mediator between Hiring Managers and candidates in technical interviews.

    Elaborates various reports and summaries regarding recruitment projects.

    Maintain the communication with recruitment agencies.

    Participate in job fairs and other recruitment activities/events.

    Manage administrative activities (employee files, employee certificates, time sheets).
