Technical skills:
3-4 years of hands-on experience with OOP or one of the following Java/.NET App Development
Good experience with Eclipse-based/MSVS development environments
Good understanding of how to implement applications MVC utilizing the Java/.NET App Development frameworks
Demonstrated proficiency of DB2/ SQL Server/ MS-SQL
Working knowledge of the Hibernate technology for persistence management (is a plus)
Experience in the area of UML, system development, and Java/J2EE-related technologies (is a plus)

Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Sun Certified Developer certification (Sun Web/ Business/ Java Web Services/Enterprise Architect )

Good general technical engineering skills, strong technical aptitude – self learner
Multi tasking, desire and flexibility to be involved in multiple projects, self-motivating, strong interpersonal skills, team-player, focused on productivity
Excellent English and communication skills

Swing, HTML, JavaScript, web/application servers(open source), Sencha Architect

Job Responsibilities:

Provide design and implementation support on both new and existing custom development efforts
Provide support on packaged product implementations and system integrations
Provide knowledge and skillsets for application development utilizing JBoss Technologies
Communicate with technical staff and various business clients to aide in the gathering of new requirements and to identify root cause of application issues
Implementation, integration and maintenance of packaged products beyond the support of custom solutions
