Real Estate Key Account Manager

What responsibilities will you have when working with us?
• Selling products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with Storia & OLX Real Estate prospects;
• Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance;
• Searching for new clients;
• Developing database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone, canvassing, face to face cold calling and networking;
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information;
• Meeting sales and operational targets.
What will you need to be successful in this role?
• You have min. 3 years experience as a sales consultant and have a strong passion for the Real Estate industry;
• Excellent communication skills, good negotiator and good presentation delivery;
• Ability to travel in Bucharest and surroundings up to 70% of your time;
• An energetic, mature, accountable, self-driven fast learner with strong analytical skill;
• Able to operate Microsoft Office;
• Online sales experience or real estate industry experience is a plus.
