    Job role

    The Project & Service Management Support is responsible for all administrative tasks that are required to maintain Identity & Access Management projects and services. The Project & Service Management Support is the interface to Account Management and central contact person for the IAM Service and is working in close collaboration with Service Manager / Project Controller. The main focus is on sales & communication topics.

    Responsibilities

    Sales & non-standard Contract Management:

    •  Collecting and providing information for creation of quotations to Account Manager in alignment with SM or PM, tracking of quotations;
    •  Follow-Up and tracking of purchase orders to ensure that those are processed in time by the different parties in the process;
    •  Check provider invoices and ensure that those are paid in time and submission of provisions;
    •  Include customer billing data in SharePoint and ensure in coordination with Account Managers that all entries are processed and billed correctly;
    •  Monthly review and analysis of costs and revenues via SAP reporting. Achieve full cost and revenue transparency and in case of discrepancies align with responsible Service Manager or Project Controller and take actions, e.g. set-up of central ordering and decommissioning of server-infrastructure;
    •  Business Case creation and support on project relevant tasks, e.g. resource utilization in PPM.

    Communication:

    •  Conception, set up and maintenance of an IAM SharePoint;
    •  Ensure up-to-dateness of GIAM/GPAM Homepage on AZ Connect;
    •  Creation and update of User Guides, Service Descriptions and Order Agreements;
    •  Ad-hoc tasks to support Service Managers & Project Controller.

    Requirements /Skills

    •  Advanced tool expertise, esp. Excel (Data connection, Formula function), SAP CAP, SharePoint;
    •  Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
    •  Ability to follow up consequently on open tasks and duties;
    •  Work independently, in a structured and diligent way;
    •  Ability to keep an overview of numerous topics at the same time;
    •  Technical understanding;
    •  Motivation and good analytical skill;
    •  Works effectively with colleagues and other business contacts.
