The Bosch Engineering Center Cluj was founded in November 2012 as part of the worldwide Bosch engineering network. Our team is working in attractive projects and cutting-edge technologies. Our goal is to develop new products and work in close collaboration with international and local partners.

What distinguishes you:

• Bachelor or Master student at Social Sciences (such as Human Resources, Psychology, Public Administration, Law, etc.)
• Good MS Office skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable working style with good organizational skills
• Conversational English level

Your contribution to something big:

• Familiarize yourself with the internal company HR processes
• Support the HR Business Partner in all administrative HR-specific processes
• Active participation in other daily HR activities, giving you the possibility to understand how a growing organization operates.
