• Bachelor’s degree
• 8 years of related experience
• PMP qualification preferred
• Project management certification desired
• Candidate must possess 5+ years of related business experience (project manager and/or equivalent).
• Experience with agile project management in a high technology or Internet-based software development environment
• Good customer focus, attitude and excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• A thorough understanding of generic Project Life Cycle management controls.
• Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project
• Ability to foster new ideas and concepts
• Ability to mentor and coach others

• Work closely with business partners to understand business requirements and lead projects to deliver solutions that meet those requirements.
• Lead a combined team of developers, business analysts, and quality assurance analysts to design and implement innovative solutions with a focus on adhering to standards, best practices and code quality techniques.
• Assist in the design and implementation of technical solutions to satisfy functional and non-functional requirements while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Provide support for application deployment activities.
• Adheres to company’s project management standards and practices, including using Agile methodology and Scrum teams.
• Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on assignments.
• May supervise the activities of others.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
