    Care este profilul pe care il cautam?

    -Studii superioare, cunostinte de specialitate;
    -Minim 1 an intr-o pozitie similara (casierie si/sau operatiuni servicii clientela);
    -Cunostinte solide de MS Office;
    -Bune cunostinte de limba engleza – comunicare orala si scrisa.
    -Abilitati de comunicare si relationare;
    -Corectitudine si atentie la detalii, atentie distributiva;
    -Adaptabilitate, deschidere la munca in echipa.
    -Disponibilitatea de a calatori.

    Responsabilitati

    Ce vei face in acest rol? Iata responsabilitatile:

    -Verifici, procesezi / trimiti spre procesare (dupa caz), instructiunile de plata/incasare (fara numerar) primite de la client: ordine de plata, instrumente de debit, schimburi valutare si depozite;
    -Eliberezi instrumente de debit solicitate si gestionezi solicitarilor de emitere a cardurilor Visa/Mastercard Business, a pin-urilor, parolelor, kit-urilor si cardurilor ING Online;
    -Printezi si inmanezi extrase sau confirmari solicitate de catre clienti;
    -Monitorizezi erorile, platile rejectate, refuzuri la plata in cazul Instrumentelor de Debit si oferi informatii telefonice clientilor (tranzactii refuzate, confirmare sold, tranzactii prin IOL etc);
    -Efectuezi incasari si retrageri de numerar la cererea clientilor precum si a tranzactiilor de schimb valutar, conform procedurilor in vigoare;
    -Identifici clientii pe baza documentelor de identitate, prin sistemele disponibile (FABO, Documentum, Record, Freeze List, UHRC etc) precum si raportezi tranzactiile in concordanta cu procedurile de prevenire a spalarii banilor;
    -Consiliezi clientii (persoane fizice / persoane juridice) si gestionezi relatia cu acestia în mod profesionist, oferind produse bancare clienţilor, în concordanţă cu politica aprobata in vigoare.
