    Cerinte

    1. Education: University degree in Economics/ Finance and Accounting.
    2. Relevant expertise:
    - 6+ years in finance and accounting;
    - Advanced English.
    3. Special knowledge:
    - system implementation experience preferred;
    - in depth knowledge and experience in accounting processing and accounting principles;
    - proven knowledge and practical application of Romanian practices and employment laws;
    4. Communication skills
    - Excellent communication - alignment with partners, colleagues and clients;
    - Ability to articulate complex topics and interact with all levels of management;
    5. Abilities
    - Excellent business acumen;
    - Ability to analyze, prioritize and execute multiple business strategies;
    - Proven program and project management leadership and knowledge;
    - Proven process improvement experience;
    - Ability to influence;

    Responsabilitati

    The role will be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of accounting coordination activities.
    The main tasks will be related to the:
    1) Coordination:
    - efficiently conducting the financial-accounting activity of the assigned client portfolio;
    - assist in the correct setting of the primary documents;
    - verify the accounting documents and transaction registered by the subordinates, organize and participate in the monthly/ annual closing;
    - assistance in customizing and implementing the reporting packages according to the clients' requests;
    - represent Mazars customers on their behalf in relation to the tax authorities and their auditors;
    2) Management:
    - recruit, coach and manage the team;
    - seek best value solutions for his/ her team and the wider Mazars group;
    - prepares offers and contracts with Mazars customers;
    - guides and instructs subordinates to develop, apply and update policies and procedures;
    - proposes the improvements and implementation of the new processes in order to develop it;
