    Responsibilities

    •     Create sales orders in SAP SD system (sales and distribution) and SharePoint;
    •     Check master data in SAP;
    •     Track open items in SAP;
    •     Verify debtors / creditors  in SAP FI system (financial system);
    •     Handle all topics related to the reminder process, . communication with all related parties;
    •     Create reports in Excel and SAP and verify the data output;
    •     Communicate AR (accounts receivable) and AP (accounts payable) related topics to regarding departments;
    •     Recording of incoming invoices;
    •     Tracking payments and provide data / documentation for customer and internal use.

    Requirements

    •     Minimum bachelor degree in finance and / or accounting or an comparable education;
    •     Previous experience in financial accounting, preferred in the area of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable necessary;
    •     Professional experience using Microsoft Office tools – especially MS Excel;
    •     Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
    •     Knowledge in SAP systems preferred;
    •     Additional language skills (. German) are a plus.

    •     Ability to manage several tasks at the same time;
    •     Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment;
    •     Strong initiative, result oriented and good independent decision making ability;
