Agile Coach and Trainer

As a provider of internal IT services for METRO GROUP, METRO SYSTEMS Romania provides specialized consulting to retail companies in all aspects of IT, develops specific solutions along the full value chain and provides a powerful IT infrastructure with a team of over 900 IT professionals.

You’re a great fit if you have:
• Good knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies such as eXtreme Programming, Scrum and Kanban;
• Medium to good knowledge of the software development lifecycle and (Agile) application lifecycle management (Atlassian software preferably);
• Can deliver effective training classes on a variety of Agile related topics as well as contribute to their design;
• Medium to Good Scrum Master Experience;
• Ability to manage organizational change initiative;
• Very good people management skills: motivate, observe, give feedback and help individuals grow teams;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Basic knowledge of architecture, design, development and testing is required; at minimum, a higher level of understanding technical issues is needed;
• Innovative thinking and organizing are essential skills;
• Flexible and resilient; willingness to take initiative to create approaches to complex problems;
• Good adaptability to fast changing circumstances;
• Excels in commitment and integrity;
• Scaling frameworks knowledge and experience is a plus (e.g. SAFe, LeSS, Spotify)

Highly appreciated:

• Has experience in coaching and lean startup of teams and leaders

• Fully taking over the Agile Coach & Trainer role for teams;
