Essential Requirements:

8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
4+ years leadership experience
Understands customer’s business environment from both an industry and vertical perspective
Strong business, sales and financial acumen
Able to handle multiple projects
Advanced level of German.[

Key Responsibilities:

Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group
Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members
Owns achieving their assigned sales quota
Provides direct supervision and coaching to Inside Sales Account team and/or skilled, support individual contributors in inside sales organizations
Assigns tasks, checks work at frequent intervals, and maintains schedules of team
Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards
Interacts with cross-functional groups (e.g. Product BUs, Services, Software and Peripherals, Finance, Operation) to solve business and customer issues
