Data Management specialist - German

German and English proficiency
Previous experience, preferably in an administrative/ back-office role
Excitement in developing a career in a multinational environment
Experience in working in a team to achieve common goals and Service Level Agreements
SAP or similar ERP experience is preferred

• Implement updates and new product information on MM in coordination with product marketing
• Run reports in MM to determine updates required for HCO Master English platform and complete updates in HCO Master English
Coordinate updates for local language catalogues on MM (based on update report from MM, work with local sales teams and relevant stakeholders to coordinate translation and implement updates)
Manage related materials on MM: upload to MS SharePoint site and assign the necessary metadata
• Control and enforce data quality in SAP
Manage process of data entry and extensions with key stakeholders
• Continuously feedback performance & gap analysis to Leadership to allow setting relevant goals to steer Data Content and Quality maturity.
