Job description:
Support the preparation, review and approval of key project documents for the pre-construction phase such as: construction schedule, arrangement plan for pre-fabrication sites and technical documents approved for construction;
Define together with the Project Management Team the construction strategy or the Project Execution Plan (PEP) in order to achieve business targets;
Authorize working activities for contractor(s) and subcontractor(s) involved in the execution of the assigned site work and liaise with Development Business Unit departments, Domestic Assets representatives and other departments to represent key interests including periodic reviews, assurance for technical integrity and compatibility, addressing operational needs, and final knowledge transfer to Operations;
Monitor the scheduled performance of the contractors and, if necessary, implement corrective measures to ensure timely completion;
Supervise the execution works and maintain the execution schedule making sure that work is executed according to the required standards and approved design documents;
Plan all relevant points during the projects execution and make sure that the presence of relevant client functions or third party personnel is on site for the specific phases;
Coordinate all tests and inspection activities on site within the area of expertise;
Collaborate with all field stakeholders to ensure that the desired technical results are being obtained;
Coordinate and implement permitting strategy in order to obtain permits and certificates from authorities in due time;
Ensure a real support to commissioning team during hot tests and handover of the installation to Operation Department.

University degree, ideally in civil engineering;
3-5 years of professional experience as a site manager, preferably from large construction companies with proven experience in coordinating subcontractors on site;
Relevant technical skills;
Good English knowledge, both, written and spoken;
Good knowledge of Autocad and Office Package;
Team player with individual, proactive approach and good communication skills;
Strong self-management skills to ensure time issues of project deliveries;
Driving licence B.
