- Experienta de minim 6 luni intr-un post similar
- Studii liceale finalizate
- Nivel minim de cunoastere a pachetului Office
- Cunostinte minime tehnice hardware si software
- Limbaj tehnice
- Cunostinte minime de operare PC: Office Word, Excel
- Limba engleza nivel mediu

Descrierea jobului

Care vor fi responsabilitatile tale:
- Verifici si testeazi produsele achizitionate de clienti, utilizand instrumentele din dotarea bancului de probe conform instructiunilor de lucru
- Completeazi certificatul de garantie pentru fiecare produs testat
- Oferi informatii clientilor cu privire la serviciile de garantie si post garantie oferite de catre firma/furnizori/producatori
- Oferi clientului al carui produs il testeaza informatii de natura tehnica
- Identifici produsele defecte (DOA) si anunti colegii pentru solutionarea problemei.
