Application Technical Support with Portuguese

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

Fluency in Portuguese and English;
Proficient in relevant computer applications (Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office, Outlook);
SAP knowledge is an advantage;
Verbal and written communication skills;
Listening skills;
Analytical thinking and problem solving attitude;
Customer service orientation.

Supporting end users in day by day operations with specific applications (SAP mainly);
Receives and assess claims according to defined procedures/routines;
Receives and logs all e-mail/web/phone call and ensures proper documentation;
Research of required information using available resources, user guides and match complaint with known errors and problems;
Support in using application functionalities, identification of possible workaround.
