Legal Advisor Senior Analyst

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

- University degree in law; combination with business or commercial degree is an advantage;
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the contract management/procurement/legal field including relevant data privacy experience;
- Knowledge of data privacy laws in at least one EU Member State (one or more of Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Greece or Bulgaria is desirable);
- Providing legal and technical knowledge and advices in the areas of privacy and data protection;
- Fluency in English, including legal English;
- Willingness to take additional industry recognized qualifications;
- Excellent organizational, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Advisory on contract risks/issues, contract implementation, contract compliance;
- Advisory on data privacy compliance and GDPR;
- Cooperation with local and/or international project teams, CM and CM Service Centre teams to support contract and subcontract compliance;
- Assists in identifying data privacy and contract management issues and proposing solutions for approval;
- Provides negotiation support and support to business and internal teams as required;
- May support training activities for Service Centers personnel and data privacy training across the organization.
