Proven track record of creating innovative Blended Learning solutions for a variety of clients
At least three years experience within a learning and development environment
Knowledge of experimental learning, social learning and interaction design An extensive understanding of the principles of adult learning and of learning technology
Confidence in leading workshops with clients, writing creative treatments and drawing-up scoping documentation
Excellent communicator, able to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
Ability to work in a variety of in-house and off the shelf authoring tools, such as Storyline, Lectora and Captivate

Researching content and working with subject experts to transform content into effective and engaging learning
Researching high quality existing online content to populate internal database of resources
Linking learning needs analysis results to learning objectives when implementing the design
Pitching blended learning concepts to client stakeholders at every level
Creating detailed design documentation, including storyboards, as needed
Outlining and developing interactive scenarios and case studies
Occasional film shoot direction, animation direction, voiceover scripting
Writing creative, concise and persuasive instructional copy
Developing effective assessment questions, quality distracters and practice interactions that accurately test the learners' ability to meet objectives

We are looking for a driven and creative Instructional Learning Designer to work with our clients to understand their business needs and develop innovative, interactive and impact-centered learning solutions.
The role of the Instructional Designer will be to create outstanding blended learning solutions for some of the world’s leading brands. This will include: client needs assessments, e-learning trainings and classroom trainings. The two main geographic areas for the role will be United Kingdom and Romania in 2018.
You will be involved in mapping sessions and defining learning objectives set by external clients. Carrying out training needs analysis, learning needs analysis and assessing wants and requirements will be pivotal parts to your role. You will be required to work alongside external partners ensuring courses and projects are delivered on time and on budget.
