    Requirements

    •Proficient language (minimum Italian B2) and communication skills;
    •Medium English knowledge is nice to have;

    Responsibilities

    Professional and efficient handling of customer requests by phone or e-mail;
    •Checking the validity of issues or complaints and suggesting adequate solutions;
    •Forwarding/escalation of critical customer requests/complaints to supervisors or specialists and reporting back to customers on how the inquiry/complaint has been solved;
    •Corresponding with customers in a friendly way ensuring a high customer satisfaction;
    •Providing context specific information and advice to customers according to internal guidelines and policies;
    •Tracking information and change of customer data in the relevant applications;
    •Sharing complex cases and challenges with the team leader and other persons nominated as well as helping to improve the overall service quality of the team;
    •Coordination with other departments from partner entities in Italy;
    •Attentive and active participation in training courses offered by the company;
    •Following instructions of the team leader or management of the company.
