    • Execute and support the development of Category-based sourcing processes for assessing and fulfilling current and future sourcing needs and consumption management processes in their area of category spend
    • Support sourcing deals, driving the supplier selection for key sourcing events
    • Support the development of medium-term strategic plans, under the direction of the Business Services Category Manager
    • Collaborate with colleagues and influence activities to achieve positive outcomes in the interests of the wider DB business
    • Take ownership for sourcing issues and actively participates in their resolution
    • Develop MIS reporting for Business Services Category Manager and key BU stakeholders
    • Develop reporting capability to identify areas of poor policy adherence to assist in targeted communications
    • Support the development of real time data capture and report generation processes with internal Expense Management System teams and external Vendors
    • Assist in broadening the horizon of existing programs of work by vendor base and geography
    • Assist with data mining, trending and saves validation activities
    • Participate in new program identification, definition and realisation


    • Experienced Analyst with 3-5yrs of experience
    • Sourcing experience and exposure to the Professional Services category
    • Ideally experience of one or more categories including Business Consulting, Legal, Expert Opinion, Accounting & Tax
    • Strong MIS and dashboard development
    • Ability to decipher large volumes of data and consolidate to a concise message
    • Advanced MS office suite skills (Excel, Access and Powerpoint)
    • Business modelling capability
    • Ability to quickly problem solve, ability to identify trends and issues
    • Ability to prioritize work effectively
    • Ability to work autonomously
    • Proven ability to manage internal stakeholders, experience in working with senior executives.
    • Exposure to Financial Services/Management industry.
    • Proven ability to support multiple complex Global projects
    • Vendor management
    • Strong team player, able to work in virtual, global teams
    • Excellent relationship management, analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
    • Excellent communication skills, one resource fluent in English and one resource fluent in German (written and verbal)
    • High energy, with the ability to work in a fast-paced business environment
