Position Overview

The Goal

With client assets of EUR 312 billion globally (as of September 30, 2016), Deutsche Bank Wealth Management is one of the world’s leading global wealth managers. Deutsche Bank Wealth Management offers high net worth clients a broad range of traditional and alternative investment solutions, providing a holistic service for all aspects of Wealth Management.

Wealth Management Technology is looking to establish presence in BEX, supporting the GPS  programme (three Scrum Teams initially).

Come join us and help us build up the Wealth Management Technology Domain within BEX.  

You need to be an excellent communicator and feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels within the client organization in an empathic and considerate way. Organizational and cultural sensitivity are necessary. You also must have experience as a Scrum Master where you are able to practice as Agile as framework and underlying culture. Experience in a banking or securities trading environment and technologies is preferred.

We are looking for motivated candidates that show us:

• Full Scrum Master understanding as a role and behavior according to Agile Manifesto
• Drive Scrum ceremonies
• Remove all team blockers
• Helping the team maintain their performance levels
• Shielding the team from interruptions during the sprint
• Be the Agile drive for the entire team
• Scale with other Scrum Masters
• Excellent planning skills at a higher level and the ability of getting into the detail to make things happen when needed
• Ability to actively manage any risks and issues that may hinder a smooth project delivery
• Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with the stakeholders, leading them, and the development teams to a mature level of agile delivery
• Proven experience of delivering complex projects, breaking down barriers for their team
• The ability to lead by example
• Good presentation skills & excellent English
• Pragmatic and delivery focused, acts like an owner

Must have:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably business or IT related  
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities in distributed multi-cultural teams
• Experienced in modern methodologies (Agile/SCRUM)
• Experience delivering web-based international projects
• Strong consultancy skills, analytical and communication skills
• Experience as a Scrum Master in a client facing position
• Expert JIRA

• Agile related certification
• Project Management related certification
