SAP HR/HCM system specialist

Infosys Consulting Romanian Office is enlarging its team with the new Office Building in Str. Buzesti 85, close to Victoriei Square Metro Station.

ATTENTION, this is not an HR generic skills position.

This is an IT specialist/technician position and requires knowledge in development and customizing of the SAP HCM software system according to our client requirements.

All candidates must have advanced knowledge and experience in SAP HCM software system as in the lower requirements:

Requirements:
Deep experience of operating and customizing SAP HR/ HCM software (Payroll, PA/ OM/ TM applications)
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills – ability to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions
Fluent English language skills
Are self-motivated to work on own initiative
Business awareness and autonomy
Good communications skills
Positive outlook

Responsibilities:

You will be a part of our established IT SAP HCM team in Bucharest, where you will have opportunity of work with new technologies.

You will be responsible for:
Supporting SAP HR/HCM systems (cooperating with German Team) in order to enhance existing applications or install new ones to support the delivery of HR Services
Working closely with project teams (contact with Team Leaders, Project Managers) ensuring standarization and customization SAP HR/HCM; working at new SAP systems functionalities
Configurating and supporting integration between SAP HR/HCM and sub-modules and systems including, but not limited to, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Success Factors
Identifying and proposing the implementation of improvements
Resolving end user incidents relating to SAP HR/ HCM in a timely manner
Performing system administration, testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution for SAP HR/HCM
Delivering reports, updating procedures or instructors and any other documentation impacted by system changes
