HR Assistent - Employee Transportation

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate MAHLE transportation in details: personnel transportation, taxi and MCM fleet
• Coordinate the projects with regards to optimization of all personnel transportation
• Reporting status on transportation projects on a monthly basis
• Supporting data analytics initiatives and consolidation of all personnel transportation data to bring transparency
• Optimize the transportation costs: personnel and taxi
• Responsible for building efficient loads to maximize bus/taxi capacity
• Responsible for checking the monthly transportation invoices
• Manage the complaints with regards to transportation and discuss with relevant people
• Maintain effective working relationships with transportation suppliers coordinators
• Follow the maintenance and operation of the machines, the technical condition and the cleaning
• Maintain the relationship with the insurance company and follows the claims files

Key Functional Requirements

• University Degree
• English – Medium
• Driving License (minimum 5 years)
• Advanced Excel
• At least 2 years personnel transport experience
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize own work load
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Communication Skills
