    Infosys Consulting Romanian Office is enlarging its team with the new Office Building in Str. Buzesti 85, close to Victoriei Square Metro Station.

    Requirements

    Fluent Czech speaker for Monitoring/Support.

    You will be trained to monitor and look at an list of running tasks/applications and when one of them changes status into error, you will report the event to the Czech Level 2 Service desk.

    Responsibilities

    Work in shifts.

    ITIL and ServiceNow knowledge is preffered.

    L1 Support experience is preffered.
