    CHALLENGES

    As Presales Administrator with a focus on participant recruitment for online market research across the world, you will take up a central role in our presales team. You will provide our presales consultants with input on feasibility & pricing for participant recruitment for each project proposal. You will be organizing & administrating all our recruitment resources, and be responsible for all administrative follow-up for all recruitment suppliers

    You'll be part of our growing team in Timisoara and working closely with the presales team partly based in Belgium, Ghent.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
     

    • Contact the right recruitment partners to ask for quotations for each research project in proposal phase, based on a briefing by our consultants
    • Compare quotations, negotiate on prices, and summarize all pricing & feasibility information of the different partners in a clear way, able to justify suggestions and do scenario communication
    • Follow-up on performance & costs of our recruitment partners on very complex projects
    • You select and manage our new suppliers ensuring they provide good service against a reasonable cost and high quality sample
    • You help out the team responsible for presales and resource management with administrative tasks such as purchase order creation & administration and central supplier administration.

    PROFILE

    General requirements

    • Bachelor degree
    • 1-3 years experience in a similar position (. sales representative, buyer, ...)
    • Knowledge of Market Research and/ or samplin
    • You are fluent in English
    • You have good skills in Outlook, Excel and other MS Office programs
    • Dedicated to offering professional and pro-active service delivery
    • You are able to be a real bridge builder within and outside of the organization
    • You have a strong interest in cost management
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus
