    Cerinte

    - University graduate;
    - Good ability to read, write and speak English language (Medium Level);
    - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook);
    - Clear understanding of business procedures and workflow of the documents;
    - Previous work experience in a similar position would be a plus;
    - Highly organized and efficient, with sense of responsibility;
    - Team work ability, communication skills, pro-activity;

    Responsabilitati

    - Daily front desk operations work;
    - Greet all visitors and inform appropriate staff of their arrival;
    - Manage conference room schedules;
    - Set up the meeting rooms including with refreshments ahead of meetings, and afterwards ensuring the meeting rooms are prepared for the next meeting;
    - Receive and distribute incoming packages and mail, prepare outgoing packages;
    - Maintain inventory system and make all the necessary modifications in the inventory database, when necessary;
    - Manage the relation with suppliers and accomplish all the necessary tasks regarding purchase orders;
    - Checking for plane tickets & accommodation ;
    - Keeping track of docs needed by/for the accountancy company (invoices, contracts and other).

    - Working Days (Monday – Friday) in shifts from 08.30 – 17.30 and 09.30 – 18.30 (including 1-hour lunch break);
