    Cunostinte minime a pachetului Office;
    Cunostinte minime de contabilitate primara si facturare;
    Bune abilitati de comunicare;
    Bune abilitati numerice, capacitate de asumare a responsabilitatilor si rapiditate in operare de documente si gestionare numerar.

    Responsabilitati

    Incasarea facturilor numerar sau cu POS;
    Emiterea facturilor fiscale si chitantelor;
    Verificarea Registrului de casa si a banilor incasati;
    Ordonarea si arhivarea zilnica a documentelor gestionate;
    Pregatirea numerarului pentru trimiterea la banca;
    Crearea si mentinerea unui climat placut, in relatiile cu clientii.
