SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR (PHYSICAL FLOWS)

•Bachelor degree, Technical / Engineering specialization;
•Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (Supply Chain) and / or in Automotive industry required;
•Thorough understanding of production, quality, supply chain processes and tools;
•Excellent communications (written & verbal) skills;
•Ability to establish and to maintain effective communication and good working relations;
•Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, capacity to synthesis, being able to make correlation and to rationalize business concepts, translating them into an usable data;
•Agility, flexibility, results oriented, rigorous, cost consciousness, attention to details, negotiation skills;
•Good organizational skills, initiative, team player, motivation;
•Able to work under pressure in a very dynamic environment and against tied deadlines;
•Perseverance, positive attitude, ability to solve problems;
•IT knowledge (MS Office professional, SAP)
•Fluent in English, French is a plus.

•Leads and manages the raw materials area, components, and finished goods flows, storage locations (inside and outside) and the associated logistic team, for maximizing the service level, minimizing the logistic costs and inventories and accelerating the physical flows from suppliers to customers;
•Ensures that the company standards, methodologies and tools regarding safety, quality, cost and timing are properly implemented, improving them continuously;
•Manages the supply chain activities to support the new projects implementation or the engineering changes;
•Identifies, generates and coordinates the improvements implementation, in terms of transportation, packaging and labeling, material and components flows, logistic areas layout;
•In charge of all the inventory processes within his activity sector.
