Previous experience (1 year +) of relevant functional design work;
Strong vision of application usability;
Technical expertise to know the functional possibilities different frameworks provide;
Excellent interpersonal, presentation skills;
Customer oriented attitude;
Leadership and communication skills to work efficiently with the developers;
A University Degree (Computer Science is considered a plus, but not required);
Advanced English - written and spoken.

uickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry;
Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution;
Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client project;
Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner;
Works with client personnel to identify required changes;
Communicates needed changes to development team;
Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules;
Communicates and applies project standards;
Manages resources in accordance with project schedule.
