    Requirements

    Job specifications:

    Min 8 years of previous experience in Finance, out of which 5 years exposed to a full FBP (financial position, cash flow, future results), few years in accounting and results presentation to management
    IFRS knowledge- medium level
    Previous group financial/management accounting reporting in a multinational company
    BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field
    English proficiency required
    Strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    Proficiency with accounting software packages are necessary (SAP would be a plus)
    Demonstrated ability to work with confidential and sensitive data
    Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential
    Effective presentation, documentation, leadership and interpersonal skills

    Responsibilities

    Your range of responsibility will include:

    Create and implement a process for forecasting and budgeting (FBP) and translate this in an internal procedure to be followed
    Coordinate our local entity FBP across the year (including the impact on the financial position, cash flow, future results of the entity) and the next 3-5 years plan
    Prepare, analyse and present to top management the statement of cash flow of the entity
    Fully supports budget owners on a proactive basis. Understands their financial and reporting needs and is viewed as a valued business partner by recommending action plans and providing high quality, professional and creative financial analysis that supports their ability to reach their corporate, financial, and operational goals
    Be a business partner for the budget owners within the local legal entity, collect their needs correlated with the planned activities and entity’s strategy and challenge their views, having all the time in mind the efficiency and return on investment
    Perform regular actuals vs budget analyses to determine variances from expected performance, comment them together the budget owners and present the results to senior management
    Propose remedial steps to bring actual results back into line with the budget
    Approve the procurement related documents in line with the available budget and check the actual delivery and payment dates
    Regular review of the FBP in line with the quarterly actual results
    Monthly review of the accruals for Opex and Capex and ensure their proper documentation
    Active involvement in the improvement of the processes with a financial impact
    Review the cost allocations by divisions/ cost centres
    Monthly, quarterly and yearly management results analyses
    Work closely with the PMO team to facilitate the cost recovery process
    Review the actual costs and the budget for the remaining year on a quarterly basis
    Perform the MIS reports for stakeholders
    Challenge the budget owners in order to streamline the budget transparency and costs optimization
    Prepare the presentations for executive meetings held within BEX
    Perform group financial reporting according to DB workflows
    Review of Clarity figures and apply internal controls
    Review the invoices issued
    Propose improvements for internal procedures
    Continuous improvement of the FBP and ensure the internal and external requirements are fulfilled in time
