    * prezenta pe piata din Romania inca din 2010, acoperind si alte tari vecine precum: Moldova, Bulgaria, Ungaria, Serbia.

    Requirements

    • Agriculture/horticulture – knowledge and practical experience
    • Willing to travel in the country and abroad regularly
    • Team player
    • Good understanding of market needs
    • Good organizer (events and implementation of marketing activities)
    • Accurate way of working and keen eye for details
    • Understands and speaks English (the Hungarian language may be an advantage)
    • Driving license B category

    Responsibilities

    • To promote goods and image of the company and products ;
    • To sell products directly or through distributors to farmers and plant pharmacy from his area of responsibility;
    • To identify and contact new customers being directly responsible for managing relationships with them;
    • To provide consulting in the field to collaborators/customers;
    • To travel daily on the field to do regular visits to customers, respecting the monthly planning;
    • To deliver products and charge their value;
    • To make bank cash deposits on behalf of the company;
    • To monitor competition and local market trends;
    • Elaborates weekly, monthly reports, of evaluation and information regarding demo fields and/or experimental ones, or as a result of participation in conferences/ internal or international training whenever so requested;
    • To organize/monitor, participate in creating demo/experimental fields in his area of responsibility in order to obtain internal use information and/or organizing „Open Days” events;
    • To participate in meetings/conferences/ training/internal and international expositional fairs;
    • To participate actively in making of information (catalogues/leaflets) by providing necessary information to realize descriptions: observation made during vegetation, photographs, etc.
