    - studii medii;
    - cunostinte avansate de limba franceza sau engleza (nivel conversational si scris).

    Responsabilitati

    -folosești cunoștințele pentru identificarea și rezolvarea problemelor tehnice;
    -să înregistrezi și să clasifici aceste probleme;
    -să redirecționezi problemele ce nu țin de competența ta către alt nivel.
