    Your main tasks:

    • You coordinate the entire road freight forwarding department for Timisoara Branch (FTL, LTL, Linehaul, Distribution)
    • You manage a team of colleagues and you are personally involved in their professional development
    • You focus on developing the customer portfolio and carriers partnerships
    • You optimize the workflow for the Road Freight Department

    We expect:

    • Relevant experience in Road freight business (mandatory)
    • English proficiency
    • Finalized university studies (transportation or commercial)
    • Customer and sales orientation
    • Excellent planning and organizing abilities
    • Leadership skills
    • Commercial thinking and self-driven personality
