*The agenda is being updated
|11:00 - 11:45 | Keynote: Test or Go Fishing – a guide on how to write better Swift for iOS|
Speaker: Paul Ardeleanu is a software engineer, trainer and speaker specialised in data-driven solutions on Apple platforms with an emphasis on prototyping, best practices and balance with agility. He started programming back in the days of Fortran, graduated with a PhD in Computational Physics from UCLan and currently hailing from London, UK.
He blogs on Medium (http://m.pardel.net), often tweets (https://twitter.com/pardel) and, in his spare time, is bootstrapping Event.Run (https://www.event.run).
Whilst not a panacea for your development troubles (but certainly a headache for many), Test Driven Development (or any of its incarnations) can prove something of a silver bullet if done correctly and consistently. Cleaner code and shorter QA cycles are two of the best benefits.
In this talk, Paul will get you started with TDD in Swift, best practices and tools available. We’ll be looking at prototyping & writing tests in Xcode Playgrounds before migrating to a project, the benefit of writing various types of tests and using 3rd party frameworks.

|14:15 - 14:45 | Keynote: Security in the era of blockchain technologies|
Speaker: Anatol Prisacaru - Founder of Security Espresso
A cyber security enthusiast with strong background in software engineering, computer networks and Linux operating systems. CTO of CCSIR, technical lead at DefCamp and speaker at various conferences. Author of DefCamp’s “Wifi PWNED Board” and “Hack The Bank” projects, and co-author of the “DefCamp Capture The Flag” competition. Anatol is trying and succeeding into growing both professionally and personally by combining the passion for challenges, the desire for constant improvement and out of the box ideas. Last but not least, he is a music addict and a coffee drinker.
Disruptive technologies change our lives by introducing new concepts and possibilities that were fiction until now. The trustless nature of the blockchain brings a new paradigm: smart contracts, autonomous organizations, and self governing applications. In this world where the code is law - one small mistake can lead to disaster.
