Nice to have:
• Scrum Master Certification
• Knowledge of another project management methodologies a plus
• Strong autonomy, given the short deadlines in which the changes are requested, sometimes very significant. Reliable and able to strongly communicate with many internal and external contacts
• Team spirit

Education: Bachelor or Master degree level in computer science / engineering school
Languages: You have a very good level of English. French would represent a plus

• The Department provide the Group's divisions and clusters with high-performance and innovative IT solutions, also supports major Group projects and transformation of the sector
• Ensures in particular the evolutions and the smooth functioning of the application EII / Reg international reports, which aims to produce the regulatory reporting on an individual basis of some subsidiaries of the Company Group general

Mission:
• We are looking for a great Agile Master to coach and enable our teams to deliver and maintain outstanding software as fast as possible while having fun. You will collaborate with cross-functioning, highly skilled engineering teams in a fast-moving environment with tight deadlines and little room for error
The Agile Master serves the Product Owner in several ways, including:
• Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management
• Helping the Agile Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
• Understanding product planning in an empirical environment
• Ensuring the Product Owner or the Proxy Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value
• Understanding and practicing agility and Facilitating Agile ceremonies as requested or needed
• Scrum Master Service to the Development Team
The Agile Master serves the Team in several ways, including:
• Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality
• Helping the Development Team to create high-value products
• Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress
• Help achieve potentially shippable product increment at every sprint
• Clarify requirements, target timelines and dependencies
• Coordinate deliverables, identify staffing and gaps
• Establish project plan, estimate risks, drive issue resolution
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies as requested or needed
• Coaching the Team in organizational environments in which Scrum (or other Agile methodology) is not yet fully adopted and understood
The Agile Master serves the Organization in several ways, including:
• Leading and coaching the organization in its Agile adoption
• Helps planning Agile implementations within the organization
• Helping employees and stakeholders understand Agile and empirical product development
• Actively try to identify areas of improvement and conceptualize methods on how to be more efficient
• Causing change that increases the productivity of the Agile Team
• The Agile Master works with other Agile Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Agile in the organization
