Senior Department Manager Projects and Logistics

 University degree
 Relevant professional experience: >10 years
 Strong interdisciplinary understanding and leadership skills (covering project management, engineering & regulatory aspects)
 Proven experience in leading teams of skilled and experienced team members and in synthesizing their abilities to improve their working efficiency
 Willingness and ability to work in international teams
 Strong analytical skills
 Strong communication, moderation and presentation skills (incl. capability to report to senior management)
 Excellent English skills
 Good network with stakeholders in Romanian gas business of advantage

 Develop the sub-department Logistics and Projects and establish the department with the organization
 Manage the development of transport infrastructure relevant for existing and future production and domestic and international markets
 Responsible for fostering network development activities aiming to provide cross-border transmission capacity and integration with neighboring transmission
 Manage the monitoring of on-going network development activities in Romania and neighboring systems in Romanian (with special focus on interconnection capacity between the Romanian network with neighboring networks)
 Manage and coordinate Planning and Risk Management Activities for the activities provided by the department
 Pro-actively identify and implement improvement ideas throughout all DS Business Units and supporting Corporate Functions.
 Ensure close collaboration and alignment with Gas Transport International – Technical Asset Development (NGT-E)
