Michelin is present in Romania from 2001 with three factories, a shared service center and a commercial network where 3800 people are employed. One of their priorities is to increase the percentage of women employees, especially in management structures, to 30% until 2020.

Michelin Romania invites you to a very interesting SkillShop in order to find out what does diversity mean for them. During the SkillShop you will be part of an interactive and digitally – enabled experience, which will allow you to discover according to your skills and career objectives, what domain suits you best.

We have another surprise for you! A seasoned employee from Michelin Romania will attend the SkillShop to share his/her evolution story in the company and also to give you some pieces of advice for your future career. You always learn interesting things from people with more experience.

When and where we will meet?

• Friday, on 23rd of March, 12:40 - 13:25, Room C (second floor).

• Participation is free;
• There is a limited number of 30 participants;
• The SkillShop session lasts 45 minutes;
• You can book a seat until 21st of March;
• Only candidates who meet the company’s requirements will receive a confirmation e-mail;
• You can participate in one or more SkillShops if they don’t overlap.
