    o Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
    o Ability to multitask, work independently and deal with ambiguity

    Your Impact:

    In the PTC Academic team, we believe our interns are vital to the success of the academic program, and the work our interns are tasked with reflects this belief. As the academic Partner Management Intern, you will work closely with the Partner Management Group Lead and larger academic team to identify and scope out projects focused on helping partners grow the university business and, in turn, helping our customers adopt and understand PTC products. Our team is highly collaborative, and you will work regularly with members of the team to grow and develop your skills.

    Your focus on partner support means your work will touch all parts of our university business. Your work as an intern will be equal parts rewarding and challenging.


    Your Day-To-Day:

    o Research best practices and industry trends in partner management and support and present these findings to the management team
    o Working with your manager, enhance existing programs to grow our partner business and align to industry trends
    o Follow and improve the processes and tools available to scale and support partner activities
    o Assist in evaluating and documenting partner success and points of feedback and assist manager in determining ways to better support partner ecosystem overall
