Global Training Coordinator

You will be working within the Hella Corporate Center Romania which operates and administrates the company's business divisions.

Your main tasks will be:
•Supporting projects regarding the implementation of global training concepts;
•Assisting in assessment of further training needs and prepare and implement training concepts in agreement with business functions leaders;
•Supporting of design new qualification competence fields and modify existing ones based on continuous qualification profiles needs.

In order to be successful in this position you should have:
•Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills;
•Good communication skills and ability to connect easily with other people;
•Fluency in English language (advanced level) is mandatory; German language is a plus;
•SAP knowledge is a plus;
•More than 3 years experience in training coordination.
