    Your Responsibilities:

    •You lead international projects and workshops, in order to optimize the Demand Planning processes;
    •You implement Demand Planning process in all OE Production plants, including SAP-APO testing, implementations, trainings, ongoing support & DP Release implementation, follow-up;
    •You develop new concepts and training documents for optimization of processes along the supply chain;
    •You continuously optimize process standards together with the respective operating departments in a cross-functional team and ensure controlling instruments and training concepts for efficient planning processes within the HELLA Group.


    Your Competences:

    •You have finished your university degree, preferably with a focus in Business or Logistics;
    •You have several years of work experience within a logistics environment, preferable within the automotive industry and an area of Operative Schedule or Demand Planning;
    •You have experience in leading an international team with cultural differences;
    •You have excellent knowledge within SAP (APO, SD, MM), Microsoft Excel and Power Point;
    •Your fluency in English and German extends your profile.
