    Abilitati dezvoltate de comunicare, orientare catre client;
    Capacitatea de a indeplini responsabilitati si obiective multiple;
    Cunostinte operare PC - conditie obligatorie;
    Experienta minim 1 an in domeniul industriei hoteliere / Receptie – reprezinta un avantaj;
    Cunostinte de operare a sistemului de gestiune hoteliera OPERA – reprezinta un avantaj;
    Disponibilitatea de a lucra in ture;


    Preluarea solicitarilor si a sesizarilor primite din partea clientilor si transmiterea lor catre departamentele responsabile;
    Indeplinirea operatiunilor specifice receptiei – efectuarea si inregistrarea rezervarilor;
    Facturarea si incasarea contravalorii serviciilor de cazare;
    Asigurarea unei bune colaborari cu furnizorii de servicii.
