    Requirements

    Training and qualification
     University (Degree)

    Technical knowledge
     Very good computer skills and database knowledge
     Highly proficient in written and spoken English
     Excellent analytical skills including mathematics and statistics

     Very good communication and interpersonal skills

    Experience:
     Required, at least 1.5 years

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for maintaining and management of dealer car park. To ask and check monthly the test drive from dealers. To look and provide information regarding need of allocating new demo according to demo policy.
    Prepares the list of vehicles that benefit of incentive and credit note from previously delivery month. Request and maintain a clear view regarding incentives and credit notes from dealers
    Management of the CSI report on quarterly level. Receiving and sending the data base from dealers to the agency.
    Management of the weekly and monthly retail reports from dealers. Monitoring of the data accuracy received from dealers and management of the weekly and monthly forecast.
    Define different reports from CRM and wings in order to track the vehicle stock, production pipe-line per model, unique customers per dealer. Define a report from CRM with a clear picture regarding offers and closed offers
    Follow-up on customer down-payment with each dealer on weekly and monthly basis.
    Any kind of business task directly ask by direct supervisor.

    Starting Q4 2017, Sales Vans department has begun the Market Growth Strategy and Fleet Growth Strategy for the next 5 years. In both projects, we derived working package for certain measures and we defined teams for each work package. Part of measures are designed to increase volumes and others to improve quality of certain processes. This implies an extra effort and allocation of time from existing team members involved in these projects. The workload from daily tasks is at maximum level due to increase of volumes comparing to OP 2017. The department needs external personnel that can take over some of the tasks in order to release the time for project responsible to respect the deadlines of the projects.
