Training and qualification
 University (Degree)

Technical knowledge
 Very good computer skills and database knowledge
 Highly proficient in written and spoken English
 Excellent analytical skills including mathematics and statistics

 Very good communication and interpersonal skills
 Pro-active attitude and good problem solving skills

Experience:
 Required, at least 1.5 years

Responsible for maintaining the demo and company car excel table of MPC, allocation, filling up forms, transmitting info to Logistic department. Drawing up forms for damage empowerment, copies for driving license. Responsible for insurances for demo vehicles and payment. Responsible for drawing up forms for vehicles that will enter the workshop.
Prepares the list of vehicles that benefit from extended warranty and sends the information to responsible persons in MBFS CZ. Collaborates with responsible agency to issue cards for extended warranty and coordinates the mail delivery to the MB partners
Takes over the homologation mail, introduces in the data base Wings the information, makes copies and e-mails to all responsible persons
Creation of new customers and introducing them in the database. Responsible for the accuracy of customer data in Wings and CRM
Administrative support for the ws department in terms of: mail, invoices, payment, mailing of contracts. Back office support for organizing marketing events, monitoring of invoices, PO, suppliers orders.
Prepares the list with codes and technical specifications and national list prices for each vehicle within MBKS on line project. Responsible for translation of codes for the technical specifications from MBKS.

Starting Q3 2017, wholesale Vans department has begun the implementation of 3 new projects: MBKS National version, MBKS Online, Wings at Dealer. Projects are designed to improve quality in system at dealer level, to use an updated offering system to the customer and a revised version of making national list prices. This implies an extra effort and allocation of time from team members involved in these projects. The workload from daily tasks is at maximum level due to increase of volumes comparing to OP 2017. The department needs external personnel that can take over some of the tasks in order to release the time for project responsible to respect the deadlines of the projects
