o At least 1 year experience in project tasks coordination;
o Proficiency in English language; other language (German) are beneficial
o Advanced PC knowledge (MS Office package);
o Previous experience in Information Technology or related area represents an advantage
o Basic technical understanding (Router, LAN, WAN);
o Experience in working in an international environment;
o Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Computer Science or related field
o Availability for travel maximum 25% of time
o Ability to work independently and self-conscientiously.

o Manage ODM (Operational Demand Management) requests & related project tasks
o Work with SharePoint – lists & Nintex workflows
o Document and track status information to prepare projects or operational calls
o Manage the group mailbox / group phone
o Create Operational OE Reports to provide the reports to the customer
o Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses
o Organize or participate in operational workshops
