Are you our ideal candidate?
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent verbal, written, and quantitative skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proven task management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time, have a sense of urgency and know how to prioritize workload.
• Must have excellent organizational and follow up skills.
• Must be a goal oriented team player and be adaptable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel with proficiency in other Microsoft Applications.
• Previous experience in logistic (minimum 2 years)

Essential Responsibilities:
• Operational expertise in handling multiple freight quotes across providers and modes of transport.
• Provide clarifications to the supplier when needed.
• Track projects and report progress out to the ILS team.
• Provide the bidding summary results in a timely manner and communicate the status via SharePoint to the ILS.
• Flexibility to cross train and learn other TLS team functions.
