Assistant, Business Development Support

Recent graduate or entry level career;
Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to think in processes and systems and an affinity for IT systems
Proactive, outgoing and communicative personality and capacity for independent decision-making and taking initiative
Conscientious and systematic way of working
Proficiency in English and knowledge of French is a plus
Demonstrable strength to work reliably and accurately
Ability to keep track of your tasks even under high work load and to meet tight deadlines
Networking skills

Conduct ongoing research to uncover information on new and existing projects across a number of different channels
Provide the GOPA Group companies with standardised market information on upcoming projects and trends; Initial assessment of programming documents and extracting of useful information to be shared within the group
Actively working and ensure compliance for all department’s tools (SharePoint applications etc.)
Ensure that daily press and relevant internet fora are analyzed and summarized for the acquisition newsletter on a daily basis
Conducting research upon request on specific, donors, countries and topics
Provide background information on specific projects
