    Requirements

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
    Craft and send recruiting emails
    Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements
    Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (. Boolean search)

    Responsibilities

    2-10 years of sourcing/recruiting experience (Ideally 3-6 years of experience).
    Boolean search knowledge – is a must
    English – Advanced (written and spoken)
