    - Studii superioare (incheiate sau in curs de incheiere)
    - Cunostinte de baza in administrarea resurselor umane (experienta in domeniu reprezinta un avantaj)
    - Capacitate de invatare rapida si dorinta de a dezvolta o cariera in HR
    - Rigurozitate, atentie la detalii
    - Abilitati de comunicare si relationare

    - Limba engleza – nivel mediu-avansat


    Pregatirea si procesarea tuturor activitatilor tranzactionale din cadrul procesului de verificare inainte de angajare, in conformitate cu cerintele si auditurile de integritate a datelor:
    - Informarea candidatilor asupra procesului de verificare inainte de angajare
    - Validarea informatiilor furnizate de candidati in vederea finalizarii procesului de angajare
    - Comunicarea activa cu toate functiunile implicate in proces pentru a clarifica / valida informatiile transmise
    - Actualizarea bazei de date privind statusul procesului de verificare conform regulilor si politicilor de lucru stabilite si comunicate
    - Programarea candidatilor pentru examenul de medicina muncii
    - Programarea candidatilor pentru semnarea contractelor de munca
    - Colectarea documentatiei necesare pentru a finaliza dosarul de angajare a noilor angajati
    - Finalizarea procesului de verificare inainte de angajare
    - Transmiterea recurenta a rapoartelor de activitate
    - Mentinerea unei comunicari active cu membrii echipei de HR, managerii Vodafone, candidatii interni si externi, agentiile de recrutare si alti vendori implicati in procesele de recrutare folosind sistemele, instrumentele de lucru si procesele determinate in cadrul departamentului
