Job mission:
- Compiling all deal files for the trucks sales transactions
- Reports
- Ensuring the efficiency of contracts signing in cooperation with support departments (Legal, Controlling, etc)
- Support and optimization activities
Support contracts
- Printing, collecting the contracts from Legal department, preparing the final form of the contracts, getting the relevant signatures on the contracts
- Sending the contracts to the customer (if not requested otherwise)
- Follow up returning of the contracts, scanning, file up, upload on the server and CRM
- Closing the contracts in CRM
- Following the same process for approval forms of Trade In and Buy Back
- Permanent update in WINGS of the order intake trucks for discounts and costs based on CRM
- Creating WINGS customers
- Issuing the registrations report – SoM on areas and counties
- Compiling the Deal file + Status report
- Monitoring Sales KPI’s from this perspective and monthly reporting to the direct superior
- Support for tender file documentation (forms/approvals/ etc)
- Follow up internal and external correspondence for entire Trucks department
- Filtering documents. Daily monitoring in-out.
- Support for docs and processes of the Used Trucks Dept.
- Internal Orders/ Purchase Order/ purchase requisition.
Required knowledge:
Training and qualification
- University (Bachelor's Degree)
Technical knowledge
- Advantage: CRM
- Mandatory: PC-FOX-MS Office (Word-Excel) knowledge
Soft skills/individual competence
- Result-oriented, pro-active attitude
- Good ability to communicate and relate at the interpersonal level
- Teamwork, daily adjustment, quick solving of different unpredicted situations
- Logistic support when requested
Experience:
- Required, at least 1.5 years
- Additional information:contract limited,hiring through leasing personnel
