    Tasks and Activities
    Work under the guidance of the Team leaders and Project Manager to ensure that the strategic, administrative and executive goals are delivered
    Help in coordinating the team
    Provide assistance to the Service Delivery Management Team to ensure that the projects run smoothly and according to plan.
    Training new employees from a procedural point of view.
    Coordinate with the Technical Team Leaders to aid, supervise and manage the team Take ownership and maintain the team’s documentation
    Administrative tasks (e.g. asset management, on boarding/off boarding procedure, etc.)
