    Cerinte

    Previous experience of working in an environment that requires coordinating several parties.
    Experience in coordinating and delivering several projects within strict deadlines.
    Proven skills of MS Office and an ability to quickly grasp other computer applications.
    The ability to carry your point across in a well-argued but positive fashion.
    The knack to identify and implement changes under pressure.
    Proficiency in written and spoken English.

    Responsabilitati

    Ensure all required product assets are provided to our First Party partners according to launching schedules
    Ensure all project tasks and date tracking tools are always up to date by using Jira databases, Microsoft SharePoint and Excel reports
    Support Submission Planners in their direct collaboration with internal and external partners, such as Game teams, PLM, Adaptation, RTS, EA Cert, RPM and First Party contacts (all the teams that ensure successful product support).
    Product setup in First Party systems and communication of First Party product codes for our releases
    Share knowledge and support with studios to increase their understanding of the metadata submission process and its requirements
    Be a human bridge that ensures streamlined communication and coordination between the North America, Europe and Asia submission teams
    Maintain a general level of understanding of all internal requirements relating to hardware platform(s).

    In order to provide support during Pacific Standard Time for our American counterparts, a night shift is established within the team. A rotation plan will be in place to ensure that each team member covers the night shift for portions of the year.
